Shipping Policy
We ship all of our merchandise UPS. As a general rule, we will try to process and ship an order the day it is received. If an order is placed after 4 p.m., it will be processed the following day. However, orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday and on weekends (Friday after 4 p.m. thru Sunday) can not be shipped until Monday afternoon. If we are unable to process an order the day it is recieved, we will process it the following day.
Please let us know if you need items gift wrapped (and for what occasion) or shipped to an address other than the billing address. As UPS does not deliver on the weekends, delivery time never includes weekends.
Shipping costs and times are as follows:
Ground (5-10 days) - $10.00 2 Day (2nd Business Day) - $20.00 Overnight (Next Business Day) - $30.00
Southern Belles can not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Product Availability Policy
It is our policy to ship all items at once. However, it is possible that we will have sold out of a style or size of an item you ordered. If this happens, you will recieve a phone call or email from us to advise you that your selected items are not available. We can attempt to fill your order if you choose, or cancel the order for you. Please note that we NEVER charge a credit card until it is time to ship an order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned with in 21 days for store credit or exchange ONLY. The original tags and our inventory tag must still be attached.
Store credits are good for one year and are good for both in store and website purchases.
Due to cost prohibitive fees, absolutely no refunds will be made to credit cards or debit cards.
Seasonal and holiday items may not be returned after the season or holiday has passed.
There absolutely no returns on sale items.
Southern Belles will not be held responsible for improperly cared for or laundered items.
You are resposible for return shipping of items that you choose not to keep. You may elect not to ship UPS, but we aks that you advise of what method you use and when to expect the items back in our store. |
